Traba has introduced Neo, an AI system that connects and automates industrial operations software to provide real-time decision intelligence for logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operators.

Traba has introduced Neo, a system that applies decision intelligence to industrial operations, announced in a press release. The platform connects systems such as warehouse management, transportation management, enterprise resource planning, and human resources tools to automate manual processes and generate actionable insights.

Neo monitors labor forecasting, automates administrative tasks such as shipment exceptions and carrier claims, and identifies risks like demand spikes or missed service levels. It also provides visibility into customer-level profitability so operators can manage margins in real time.

The system integrates with existing infrastructure without requiring replacement. Early users, including third-party logistics provider ShipSmarter, reported reduced administrative labor costs and improved operational visibility within the first month of use.

Traba stated that Neo will expand to cover broader supply chain functions, including asset optimization and network-wide profitability. The product is available now through the company’s website.
