Three Space Lab Secures $3M to Innovate Luxury Real Estate with AI and VR
Three Space Lab has secured $3 million in seed funding to advance its AI and VR technologies for the luxury real estate market, announced in a press release. Founded by former MIT research scientist Scott W. Greenwald, Ph.D., the company aims to transform the homebuying experience by offering ultra-realistic VR visualizations of properties.
The funding round was led by Switzerland-based Arminius Verwaltung. With this investment, Three Space Lab plans to expand its global sales team and enhance its AI capabilities to offer more sophisticated and cost-effective solutions. The company is targeting key markets in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on luxury hotspots such as Miami, St. Tropez, and Dubai.
Three Space Lab's platform allows buyers to explore properties remotely with a high degree of realism, enabling confident purchasing decisions. This approach not only accelerates property sales but also allows architects and developers to engage with projects before they are built, breaking down barriers to VR adoption in real estate.
