Tecnotree Secures $19.58 Million Deal for AI-Native BSS Transformation

Tecnotree has announced a $19.58 million agreement with a Tier-1 MVNO to transform operations across the UK and Europe using its AI-native BSS platform.

Tecnotree has announced a significant multi-year agreement valued at $19.58 million with a Tier-1 Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) to transform its operations across the United Kingdom and Europe. This deal, announced in a press release, involves replacing the MVNO's legacy systems with Tecnotree's AI-native, cloud-based Business Support System (BSS).

The transformation will leverage Tecnotree's composable, AI-first platform, which is aligned with the TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA). This platform is designed to enhance real-time personalization, agile service orchestration, and integrate financial ecosystems, enabling the MVNO to compete more effectively in mature telecom markets.

Deployment of the new system is set to begin in the second half of 2025, with revenue recognition expected to start concurrently. This strategic move aims to expand Tecnotree's footprint in high-potential European markets, positioning the company as a leader in next-generation MVNO enablement.
