Synteq Digital has opened its largest single site expansion in Chicago, offering GPU compute, virtual machines, bare metal infrastructure and block storage.

Synteq Digital opened a Chicago infrastructure site, its largest single site expansion, the company announced in a press release. The site provides dense GPU compute for AI and machine learning, virtual machines, bare metal infrastructure and block storage.

The Tier III facility carries a 99.99% uptime service agreement. A redundant dark fiber ring connects it to the interconnection hub at 350 E. Cermak, while Synteq's network backbone provides access to both US coasts in about 50 milliseconds.

The deployment is online, with services available through an API, command line interface or Synteq Cloud. The facility meets SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance requirements, and Synteq is adding equipment to serve existing customer commitments.
