Sofia is integrated into the Suvoda Platform and offers an intuitive chat interface that reduces complex, multi-screen processes to simple queries. This AI assistant is particularly optimized for drug supply managers using Suvoda's Interactive Response Technology (IRT), with plans to expand its capabilities to other users and products on the platform.
