Sure and Groma Launch AI Renters Insurance Compliance System

Oct 8, 2026
Sure and Groma launched an integrated renters insurance, compliance verification and tenant liability program for Groma's multifamily properties.

Sure and Groma announced in a press release an integrated renters insurance, compliance verification and Tenant Legal Liability program for Groma's multifamily property portfolio. Residents can purchase coverage through Groma's resident portal, while Sure's Verify tool uses AI to check uploaded proof of insurance against lease requirements.

Verify automatically records each unit's compliance status and provides Groma with live coverage dashboards. The system removes the need for property managers to review insurance documents manually.

The Tenant Legal Liability program covers units that remain out of compliance, reducing uninsured exposure for the property owner. Sure and Groma deployed the three programs together in less than 30 days.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
