Statecraft Acquires Daybreak to Expand Federal AI Services

Statecraft has acquired Daybreak, an applied AI and data analytics firm that builds systems for federal agencies. Daybreak's leadership team will remain involved during the transition.

Statecraft acquired Daybreak LLC, an applied AI and data analytics firm, the company announced in a press release.

Statecraft plans to use Daybreak's experience to expand deployments of auditable AI workflows for federal agencies. Daybreak builds custom AI applications, geospatial analytics, computer vision systems and analytical software for federal agencies, emergency first responders and large companies.

Statecraft's Workforce platform uses AI teams called Inorganics to review documents, validate information, prepare forms, route approvals and produce reports with human oversight. Statecraft says pilots produced time savings of up to 90 percent and cost savings of up to 80 percent. Daybreak CEO Manik Rath and his leadership team will remain involved during the transition.
