Stand8 Launches Model Gateway for Enterprise AI Routing

Stand8 launched a model gateway that routes AI tasks across multiple model types and adds security, policy and audit controls within a customer's cloud account.

Stand8 launched the Stand8 Model Gateway, an enterprise service designed to reduce AI application costs and move projects from proof of concept to production within 90 days, the company said in a press release.

The gateway runs in a customer's AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud account. It routes each task to an appropriate closed, open source, open weight, smaller or fine tuned model. It also provides caching, identity, policy and audit controls, while Stand8 remains outside the data path.

Stand8 also offers an enterprise AI sprint lasting 90 days. The service covers data validation, model selection, gateway integration, security and compliance controls, testing and transfer to a named owner. Stand8 operates the service under an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified security program and completes an annual SOC 2 Type II examination.
