Spring Health has been named to the TIME100 Most Influential Companies list for 2026, recognized for its AI platform that connects members to personalized mental health care and recent acquisitions and product launches.

Spring Health has been named to the TIME100 Most Influential Companies list for 2026, announced in a press release. The company was also included among TIME's 10 Most Influential Wellness Companies of the year.

TIME recognized Spring Health for its platform that connects members to appropriate mental health care as their employment, insurance, and clinical needs evolve. The announcement follows a series of milestones for the company, including its tenth anniversary.

In January, Spring Health reached an agreement to acquire Alma and its network of independent clinicians, combining employer infrastructure with a clinician network to maintain continuity of care. In February, it published findings from VERA-MH, an open source benchmark for evaluating AI behavior in high risk mental health conversations. In April, the company launched Guide, an AI tool that supports users across their mental health journey and demonstrated up to 25 percent greater symptom improvement among those most in need of care.

Spring Health provides mental health support to more than 50 million people worldwide through employers, health plans, and partners such as Highmark, Target, The Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft, and Pfizer.
