Speridian Adds Modular AI Layer to CaseXellence for Public Sector Systems
Speridian Technologies has introduced new modular AI capabilities for its CaseXellence platform, enabling public sector agencies to add AI intelligence layers to existing systems without replacing them, announced in a press release.
The AI modules include intelligent document processing, personally identifiable information (PII) detection, and chatbots. These tools are designed to automate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and provide around-the-clock constituent support while maintaining compliance and reducing risk.
The intelligent document processing module extracts, classifies, and validates data from documents across different formats. The PII Check feature identifies and flags sensitive data in inappropriate contexts before submission or downstream processing. The chatbot module delivers contextual responses based on agency policies and system guidance, helping users manage cases and find information efficiently.
According to Speridian, the modular design allows agencies to modernize incrementally by integrating AI through APIs, avoiding platform migration or retraining. The AI layer operates behind existing interfaces, supporting a gradual adoption model for government modernization.
