Spectral Capital Reports Record $328.5 Million in Q1 2026 Revenue

Spectral Capital Corporation reported record first quarter 2026 revenue of $328.5 million and raised its full year guidance to $700 million. The company also confirmed plans to acquire Italy-based Intermatica S.p.A. later this year.

Spectral Capital Corporation announced in a press release that it recorded $328.5 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, marking its highest quarterly result to date. The company raised its full year revenue guidance by 56 percent to $700 million following the strong performance.

The results reflect the first full quarter of consolidated reporting from its telecommunications subsidiaries FortyTwo and Telvantis Voice Services. Spectral also reported a gross profit of $2.2 million for the quarter.

During the period, Spectral entered an agreement to acquire Intermatica S.p.A., an Italy based telecommunications and enterprise messaging company. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026 and contribute to revenue later in the year.

The company continued to integrate its AI capabilities into its subsidiaries and advanced preparations for a planned Nasdaq uplisting. It also maintained a pipeline of potential acquisitions aligned with its focus on combining established operators with its proprietary technology.
