Spectral Capital Corporation has announced a binding term sheet to acquire MultiCortex, LLC, a leader in heterogeneous computing systems optimized for artificial intelligence, announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to position the combined company as a leader in AI-native computing systems, integrating native AI operating systems and quantum-ready capabilities.

MultiCortex is known for its innovative approach to AI processing, offering a comprehensive operating system that supports various AI workloads, including Computer Vision and Large Language Models. The company's platform is designed to efficiently deploy AI tasks across diverse processors and accelerators, enhancing scalability and performance.

Spectral Capital plans to invest up to $15 million in MultiCortex to accelerate product development and commercialization. The company also intends to leverage its extensive patent library to become a leading filer of new native AI operating system patents by the end of 2025. The acquisition is expected to be finalized following due diligence and customary approvals.
