Sonata Software and adesso Form Global AI Modernization Alliance
Bangalore-based Sonata Software and German IT provider adesso have announced a global strategic partnership to deliver AI-powered modernization and digital transformation services for enterprises worldwide, announced in a press release.
The alliance will combine Sonata’s scalable delivery capabilities with adesso’s local market expertise to support enterprise clients through a unified global delivery network. The partnership focuses on AI-driven business optimization, data analytics, agile delivery frameworks, and compliance governance. It also aims to expand both companies’ reach across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and India.
The collaboration will strengthen both firms’ positions as major partners for Microsoft Business Applications and Microsoft Cloud solutions. According to Microsoft’s Chief Partner Officer Nicole Dezen, the partnership will help enterprises modernize core systems and integrate new AI capabilities on Microsoft’s platform.
Sonata Software CEO Samir Dhir said the partnership enhances the company’s ability to deliver modernization at scale for global clients, while adesso CEO Mark Lohweber noted that the alliance allows enterprises to move from pilot projects to full-scale AI-powered implementations.
