Solvd Inc. Acquires Tooploox to Boost AI Development
Solvd Inc., backed by Siguler Guff, has announced the acquisition of Tooploox, a technology company known for its AI-driven development expertise. This strategic move aims to enhance Solvd's capabilities in embedding artificial intelligence into enterprise systems, as stated in a press release.
Tooploox, based in Wroclaw, Poland, brings over a decade of experience in machine learning, computer vision, and AI product development. With a team of 200 professionals, including over 50 researchers and engineers, Tooploox has been instrumental in developing advanced solutions for industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, media, and manufacturing.
Adam Gabrault, CEO of Solvd, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the alignment of Tooploox's AI expertise with Solvd's global delivery model. Pawel Solyga, Founder & CEO of Tooploox, noted that the partnership would help organizations navigate the AI era with solutions grounded in technical excellence.
The acquisition is part of Siguler Guff's strategy to support leaders at the intersection of digital engineering and applied AI, enhancing Solvd's ability to serve as a long-term innovation partner for global enterprises.
