Solidroad Raises $25 Million to Expand AI Customer Support Platform

Solidroad has raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Hedosophia to expand its AI-driven platform that evaluates and coaches both human and AI customer support agents in real time.

Solidroad has raised $25 million in a Series A funding round led by Hedosophia. The investment brings the company’s total funding to $33 million and will support the expansion of its AI quality assurance platform for customer support teams.

Founded in 2023 and based in San Francisco with a team in Dublin, Solidroad’s platform evaluates every customer interaction—whether handled by a human or an AI agent—to identify risks, performance gaps, and training opportunities. The system allows organizations to define their own quality standards, such as tone and policy compliance, and applies them consistently across all interactions.

Unlike traditional quality assurance methods that rely on manual reviews, Solidroad integrates evaluation and training in real time. When the platform detects a performance issue, it generates targeted simulation exercises for agents to practice specific scenarios before engaging with customers again. Early adopters have reported faster resolution times and significant reductions in manual review hours.

The new funding will be used to expand Solidroad’s workforce and enhance its product capabilities. Current customers include Ryanair, ActiveCampaign, and Crypto.com, with millions of customer interactions already processed through the system.
