Snowhawk Closes $1.3 Billion Digital Infrastructure Fund
Snowhawk announced in a press release the final close of its inaugural Snowhawk Capital Digital Opportunities Fund I LP, with approximately $1.3 billion in total commitments including separate co-investments. The fund will focus on digital infrastructure assets and services across North America.
Fund I targets control-oriented investments in the lower middle market, backing businesses that support the growth of cloud computing, AI, connectivity, and technology-enabled services. Snowhawk stated that its approach emphasizes operational capabilities and sector specialization to deliver value.
The firm has already deployed capital across four digital infrastructure platforms and recently completed its first exit through the sale of ProsperOps. Current portfolio companies include Prime Data Centers, SecureVision, and CleanArc Data Centers.
Founded in 2022, Snowhawk manages $1.8 billion in assets and invests in companies that enable the digital transition of the global economy.
