SkyPSI Launches Cleaning Drone Operator Program in Dallas

SkyPSI launched in the Dallas Fort Worth area with $5 million from founder Vic Pellicano to provide cleaning drones, training, certification, and commercial contracts to independent operators.

SkyPSI launched in the Dallas Fort Worth area with $5 million from founder Vic Pellicano, the company announced in a press release.

The company provides professional cleaning drones, training, certification, and commercial exterior cleaning contracts to independent operators. Operators run their own businesses while SkyPSI sells the contracts and supports the work.

SkyPSI serves commercial properties including hotels, senior living communities, office buildings, multifamily properties, medical facilities, parking structures, retail sites, and mixed use developments. The service is available across Dallas Fort Worth and within 200 miles of Dallas.

Pellicano previously built Verenia, which Oracle acquired in 2022, and founded AI drone company Avianna, which he sold in 2024. SkyPSI said property teams can book assessments through its website, and operators can apply through a separate operator page.
