Skanska to Build $164M Data Center in Western USA
Skanska has signed a contract valued at $164 million for a data center project in Western USA, announced in a press release. The project involves a 33,400 square meter, 36-megawatt tenant improvement within an existing building shell.
The construction is scheduled to commence in June 2025 and is expected to be completed by June 2027. The project will be delivered in four phases, providing a phased turnover to the client.
