Skan AI Acquires Metaculars to Expand Enterprise Agentic AI Platform
Skan AI has acquired Metaculars Inc., a company developing AI agents for enterprise operations, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to accelerate Skan AI’s roadmap for its Observation to Agent platform, integrating real-time intelligence and automated task execution into enterprise workflows.
Metaculars, founded by Rajesh Gupta and Sumit Kumar, builds AI agents embedded within enterprise applications for tasks such as onboarding, workflow guidance, and task orchestration. Following the acquisition, Gupta and the Metaculars team will join Skan’s AI product engineering group to expand its capabilities in operations, automation, and intelligent task execution.
Skan AI stated that integrating Metaculars’ technology will enable faster onboarding, proactive workflow automation, and embedded compliance within enterprise systems. The agents will operate directly within existing applications, providing contextual guidance and automating routine decisions without requiring workflow redesign or backend integration.
