Sirius has introduced an AI retention platform that helps subscription businesses identify cancellation intent and choose retention actions before customers leave.

Sirius has introduced an AI retention platform for subscription businesses after participating in a16z Speedrun Cohort 006, the company said in a press release.

The platform identifies cancellation intent, reviews customer context, and selects a retention action in real time. Actions can include a personalized offer, a pause, a downgrade, a plan change, or no intervention.

Sirius was founded by Azamat Khamidov and Benazir Toleubekova. Its customers include Higgsfield, Headway, and Promova. The company is based in San Francisco.
