Sinecure Acquires The Second Shift to Expand AI-Powered Talent Platform

Sinecure, Inc. has acquired The Second Shift to expand its Total Talent Solution framework, integrating a network of professional women into its AI-powered recruitment and automation platform.

Sinecure, Inc. has acquired The Second Shift, a platform connecting skilled women with project-based and on-demand work, announced in a press release. The acquisition broadens Sinecure’s Total Talent Solution (TTS), which combines recruiting services with its AI-powered workflow automation platform, Sinecure.ai.

By integrating The Second Shift, Sinecure adds access to a curated network of experienced professional women available for fractional, project-based, and long-term roles. The Second Shift will continue operating under its brand, with its leadership team remaining in place.

According to Sinecure CEO Joel Wright, the acquisition enhances the company’s ability to deliver on-demand leadership and scalable recruiting within a unified AI-driven framework.
