Oct 5, 2026
Signia has launched its MaX hearing aid platform in the US, using four deep neural networks to adjust sound during conversations and in noisy environments.

Signia launched its Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX) hearing aid platform in the US, the company said in a press release. Signia presented the platform to hearing care professionals at an event in Dallas on September 18.

MaX uses four deep neural networks to process voices, ambient sound and background noise. Its features include conversation enhancement, processing for the wearer's own voice, ambient scene adaptation and dynamic noise control, with adjustments made in real time.

The Pure C&G MaX is the first hearing aid available on the platform. Signia said its research found that 97% of wearers performed better with MaX in noisy group conversations than with selected competing products.
