Shaires Holdings has announced binding agreements for exposure to private technology and AI companies including Anthropic, Stripe, ByteDance, Moonshot AI, Figure AI, SandboxAQ, and Colossal Biosciences.

Shaires Holdings announced in a press release that it has binding agreements for exposure of up to $86.7 million to private technology and AI companies, including Anthropic, Stripe, ByteDance, Moonshot AI, Figure AI, SandboxAQ, and Colossal Biosciences.

The London listed investment company also opened a UK retail investor offer at $20.00 per share. Marex Financial is managing the offer, which runs alongside a previously announced $28.5 million institutional placing at the same price.

The company is targeting a total capital raise of $100 million from its first and second institutional tranches, the retail offer, and initial in kind contributions.

The company also said it is in advanced talks on further investment and participation opportunities of up to $500 million, including additional private technology and AI companies.
