ServiceNow is expanding its global presence with a new AI hub in West Palm Beach, Florida, expected to create over 850 jobs and deliver a $1.8 billion economic impact.

ServiceNow has announced its expansion into West Palm Beach, Florida, with a new regional innovation hub and AI Institute, announced in a press release. This initiative is expected to generate a $1.8 billion economic impact and create more than 850 jobs over the next five years.

The new facility, located at 10 CityPlace, will serve as a cornerstone for ServiceNow's growth in the Southeast U.S. It will house a startup accelerator space, an Executive Briefing Center, and ServiceNow University programming. These components aim to support early-stage technology companies, provide AI-focused education, and foster collaboration among thought leaders, partners, and customers.

ServiceNow plans to leverage the fast-growing talent pool in West Palm Beach to drive AI innovation and talent development. The expansion will also support the company's RiseUp initiative, which focuses on creating career pathways through tech skilling and community partnerships. The West Palm Beach facility is expected to open in 2028, with hiring and research partnerships commencing in the coming months.
