Serif Health has introduced Signal Ask, an AI copilot designed to help healthcare organizations query pricing data and obtain faster insights, alongside new Starter Kits and a unified workflow for its Signal platform.

Serif Health has introduced a redesigned version of its healthcare pricing intelligence platform, featuring new workflow enhancements and a preview of Signal Ask, announced in a press release.

Signal Ask is an AI copilot built to help users interact with complex healthcare pricing data without prior knowledge of billing codes or technical search logic. It guides users through research queries and helps them reach accurate pricing answers more efficiently. The tool is currently available to a limited beta audience.

The update also includes guided Starter Kits for common pricing analyses and a unified research interface that adapts to user questions. These additions are intended to simplify analyses such as market reimbursement comparisons, rate benchmarking, and site of care variation studies.

Signal, the flagship platform launched in 2023, is used by over 200 organizations across the healthcare sector. It operates on data normalized from more than 200 commercial payers and 5,000 hospitals. Serif Health plans to expand its AI roadmap with additional capabilities following the release of Signal Ask.
