Scintillation Research Launches ClaimHit for Rapid AI Patent Infringement Screening

April 15, 2026
Scintillation Research has introduced ClaimHit, an AI-powered platform that performs patent infringement screening in about 60 seconds using a multi-model consensus engine and a proprietary scoring system.

Scintillation Research announced in a press release the launch of ClaimHit, an AI-powered patent infringement intelligence platform designed to complete preliminary infringement screenings in about 60 seconds. The service targets patent owners, IP attorneys, and corporate IP teams, offering a faster and lower-cost alternative to traditional methods.

ClaimHit operates using a multi-model consensus engine that runs nine AI models independently, combining their results through a proprietary four-factor scoring algorithm. The tool supports analysis across multiple industries including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clean energy, cybersecurity, telecom, software, AI, and automotive.

The platform also integrates standard essential patent (SEP) analysis for technologies such as 5G NR, Wi-Fi 6/7, HEVC, VVC, Bluetooth, and IETF standards. ClaimHit is the first patent infringement intelligence tool to be available as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing users to access its features directly within AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.

ClaimHit is available now, with new users receiving three free searches without requiring a credit card. Paid scans start at $99, with discounts of up to 30% for volume purchases.
