Schneider Electric and Motivair have completed phased delivery of AI infrastructure solutions worth over $290 million for TeraWulf’s Lake Mariner data campus near Buffalo, New York. The project supports up to 750 MW of power demand and integrates power, cooling, and monitoring systems to accelerate AI data center deployment.

Schneider Electric and its subsidiary Motivair have completed phased delivery of more than $290 million in AI infrastructure solutions for TeraWulf's Lake Mariner data campus near Buffalo, New York, announced in a press release.

The project equips the site to meet up to 750 megawatts of power demand, transforming a legacy industrial site into a large digital infrastructure campus. It integrates Schneider Electric’s power systems, including Galaxy VX Uninterruptible Power Supply and Galaxy Lithium-ion Battery Systems, with Motivair’s liquid cooling technologies such as Coolant Distribution Units, In-Rack Manifolds, and ChilledDoors.

The deployment also includes Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure IT Data Center Expert software for advanced monitoring and digital intelligence. Motivair’s client services provide operational support to help maintain uptime and optimize performance.

The Lake Mariner campus is supported by long-term lease commitments from anchor tenants Core42 and Fluidstack, which is backed by Google. The site draws power from a regional grid that is approximately 89 percent zero carbon, offering capacity for high performance computing, cloud, and AI workloads.
