Rula Health has partnered with Sohar Health to enhance patient intake processes and expand access to mental health services. Announced in a press release, the collaboration integrates Sohar's AI-powered tools into Rula's systems, automating insurance eligibility verification and reducing manual workflows.

This integration allows Rula Health to provide real-time benefits information, particularly benefiting patients covered by Medicare and Medicaid. By automating these processes, Rula has reduced administrative overhead and improved the accuracy of benefits data, achieving over 95% accuracy across its payers.

The partnership has significantly decreased the time Rula's team spends on manual insurance verification, saving approximately 1,000 hours per week. This efficiency enables Rula to focus more on delivering timely and effective behavioral health support to patients nationwide.
