May 26, 2026
Rokt has appointed Sam Dozor, former mParticle leader, as Chief Technology Officer to oversee engineering, infrastructure, and security across the company. The move follows Rokt's acquisition of mParticle and aims to accelerate the development of its unified AI platform.

Rokt announced in a press release the appointment of Sam Dozor as Chief Technology Officer. Dozor previously led engineering at mParticle, which Rokt acquired in 2025. He brings more than 13 years of experience in building customer data platforms.

Dozor will lead engineering efforts across Rokt, including platform infrastructure, developer experience, and security. His role is to accelerate the delivery of new capabilities and ensure the platform scales to meet enterprise client needs.

The mParticle customer data platform now serves as the foundation for how Rokt clients activate data and make decisions in real time. By combining mParticle's identity and audience capabilities with the Rokt Brain and ecommerce network, brands can use customer data to make immediate decisions during transactions.

Rokt reported more than $800 million in revenue in 2025 and expects its network to support over 10 billion transactions in 2026. The company has also recently expanded through partnerships with PayPal, Fanatics, Ulta Beauty, Cineplex, Albertsons, and Macy’s, alongside acquisitions of Canal, mParticle, and Aftersell.
