RoboSense LiDARs Now Compatible with NVIDIA DRIVE Platform
RoboSense has announced that its E1, EMX, and EM4 digital LiDARs are now compatible with the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX platform, announced in a press release. As a partner in the NVIDIA DRIVE ecosystem, RoboSense aims to accelerate the development and deployment of autonomous driving technologies by providing high-definition 3D perception data.
The integration of RoboSense's high-performance LiDARs with NVIDIA's platform is expected to significantly shorten development and testing cycles for autonomous driving systems. This collaboration is particularly beneficial for OEMs looking to deploy advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicle products. RoboSense's LiDARs, known for their high channel count and solid-state design, are already being adopted by several automakers for next-generation vehicle models.
RoboSense's EM4 LiDAR, featuring over 500 beams, and the E1 solid-state blind-spot LiDAR, are designed to enhance both long-range perception and near-field blind-spot detection. These capabilities make them ideal for applications in intelligent vehicles and Robotaxi systems. The NVIDIA DRIVE AGX platform efficiently processes data from various sensors, enabling robust perception and real-time decision-making, which is crucial for the advancement of autonomous driving technologies.
