The platform creates structured intelligence reports in under 10 minutes. Reports cover tracked competitors, industry conditions, and local market position, with each finding paired with a recommended action, urgency level, and assigned owner.

Three modes are available at launch. Competitor Intelligence analyzes tracked competitors across product, pricing, market position, momentum, and threat. Industry Intelligence covers market size, growth signals, regulatory movement, and technology shifts. Local Market Intelligence scores market saturation from 0 to 100, maps competitor density within a chosen radius, and ranks local competitors.

Rival Shark entered limited release on July 14, 2026. Public plans are priced at $149 per month for Starter, $499 per month for Growth, and $1,299 per month for Apex, with annual billing discounts. The Starter monthly plan includes a three day free trial.
