Revolut Launches AI Assistant 'AIR' for UK Customers
Revolut has begun rolling out its first AI-powered financial assistant, named AIR, to more than 13 million customers across the UK, announced on the company’s website.
AIR enables users to manage cards, subscriptions, and investments, as well as plan travel or check exchange rates through simple chat-based interactions in the Revolut app. The assistant can perform tasks like freezing a card, pausing payments, or retrieving investment updates on request.
According to Revolut, AIR is built on the same infrastructure that secures all Revolut transactions. The company states the assistant does not store personal data with third-party AI partners and cannot perform sensitive actions without biometric approval.
The rollout marks Revolut’s latest move to integrate AI into its financial platform, following similar initiatives by other European fintechs offering AI-driven customer tools.
