Remsoft Acquires LOGR to Expand Global Forest Intelligence Platform

Remsoft has acquired Australian forestry technology company LOGR, announced in a press release. The deal expands Remsoft’s end-to-end forestry planning and operations capabilities while advancing its goal of creating a unified, cloud-based ecosystem for the global forestry sector.

LOGR’s platform provides real-time data capture and analytics for forestry operations, improving safety and efficiency by tracking transactions and automating product recording at delivery sites. The software integrates with enterprise systems to enhance visibility and control across the supply chain, giving stakeholders including mills, contractors, and landowners greater operational insight.

Remsoft said the integration of LOGR’s mobile-first tools will link field operations with strategic planning, reducing manual data entry and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. The acquisition also supports Remsoft’s expansion into Asia-Pacific markets and builds on its ongoing growth strategy, which includes previous collaborations to integrate geospatial and telematics capabilities.
