Reddy's platform aims to improve CX operational efficiency by providing a comprehensive solution for training, deploying, and managing both human and AI agents. Key features of the platform include hyper-realistic simulations, live assistance at scale, and AI-driven quality assurance (QA) innovations. These features have reportedly helped enterprises reduce onboarding time and improve retention rates.

The company has already gained traction with large-scale enterprises and achieved compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI standards. With this new funding, Reddy plans to further scale its operations and solidify its position as a leading provider of CX solutions.
