Reddy has secured $2 million in funding to expand its AI-powered customer experience (CX) platform, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by DA Ventures, with participation from other venture capital firms and strategic angel investors.

Reddy's platform aims to improve CX operational efficiency by providing a comprehensive solution for training, deploying, and managing both human and AI agents. Key features of the platform include hyper-realistic simulations, live assistance at scale, and AI-driven quality assurance (QA) innovations. These features have reportedly helped enterprises reduce onboarding time and improve retention rates.

The company has already gained traction with large-scale enterprises and achieved compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI standards. With this new funding, Reddy plans to further scale its operations and solidify its position as a leading provider of CX solutions.
