Quantum Computing Inc. has announced a $500 million oversubscribed private placement of common stock, aimed at accelerating commercialization and strategic growth.

Quantum Computing Inc. has announced a significant financial milestone with a $500 million oversubscribed private placement of common stock, announced in a press release. The transaction involves the sale of 26,867,276 shares to institutional investors, priced at the market under Nasdaq rules.

The funds raised will be directed towards accelerating the company's commercialization efforts, strategic acquisitions, and expanding its sales and engineering teams. The offering is expected to close around September 24, 2025, pending customary closing conditions. Titan Partners Group is acting as the sole placement agent for this offering.

This latest financial move follows a series of successful capital raises, bringing Quantum Computing Inc.'s total gross capital raised since November 2024 to approximately $900 million. The company aims to strengthen its financial position and execute its multi-year growth plan, as stated by Dr. Yuping Huang, CEO and Chairman of the Board of QCi.
