This partnership combines Google Cloud's Automotive AI Agent, powered by Google's Gemini models, with Qualcomm's Snapdragon Digital Chassis solutions.

The collaboration aims to provide automakers with tools to create intelligent, customizable AI experiences that go beyond simple commands. By integrating these technologies, automakers can develop multimodal, hybrid edge-to-cloud AI agents, enabling features like conversational navigation and vehicle controls.

This joint effort allows automakers to reduce system development times and create branded, interactive experiences. The integration of Google's Gemini models ensures that the AI capabilities will continue to evolve, keeping vehicles at the forefront of technological advancements. The collaboration builds on a long-standing relationship between the two companies, which began with the first embedded Android experience powered by Snapdragon in 2016.
