Quack Secures $7 Million to Advance AI Customer Support
Quack has raised $7 million in seed funding, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Hanaco Ventures, with participation from Storytime Capital, Fusion VC, Savyon Ventures, Seed IL, and private investors including WalkMe CEO Dan Adika.
The capital will be used to expand Quack's U.S. market presence and further develop its proactive agentic AI platform. Quack's technology aims to transform customer support by deploying AI agents that can resolve issues before they escalate, thus reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction.
Quack's platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with any CRM, allowing customer support teams to train and manage AI agents efficiently. This approach enables human agents to focus on more complex issues, enhancing the overall customer experience.
