Qlik Appoints Saugata Saha as Chief Executive Officer
Qlik has named Saugata Saha as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 31, 2026, announced in a press release. He will be based in New York City and succeeds Mike Capone, who is stepping down after eight years in the role.
Saha joins Qlik from S&P Global Market Intelligence, where he served as President and as the company's Chief Enterprise Data Officer. During his tenure, he led the Energy and Market Intelligence divisions through periods of transformation and growth, and oversaw the company's enterprise data strategy and AI adoption.
At Qlik, Saha will lead the next phase of product innovation and commercial expansion. The company currently serves over 30,000 customers worldwide, including more than 75 percent of the Fortune 500. Qlik is recognized as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader across data integration, augmented data quality, and analytics and business intelligence.
Saha holds degrees from St. Xavier's College Kolkata, Xavier Institute of Management, and Harvard Business School. He began his career with The Godrej Group in India and worked at McKinsey & Co. before joining S&P Global.
