Promise Robotics Partners with Mattamy Homes for Prefabricated Homebuilding

Promise Robotics has announced a multi-year strategic partnership with Mattamy Homes, North America's largest family-owned homebuilder, to scale up prefabricated homebuilding in Alberta, Canada. This collaboration, announced in a press release, aims to integrate Promise Robotics' AI and robotics technology into Mattamy's operations, enhancing the efficiency and quality of home construction.

The partnership will focus on delivering single-family, semi-detached, and multi-family residences across two master-planned communities in Alberta. By utilizing Promise Robotics' Factory-as-a-Service™ platform, Mattamy Homes will be able to adopt 'push-button' home manufacturing, which promises faster build times, greater efficiency, and reduced costs.

Promise Robotics' facility in Calgary will serve as a flagship hub for next-generation homebuilding, staffed by skilled local workers and supported by local supply chains. This facility will not only support Mattamy Homes but also provide local builders access to advanced homebuilding capabilities, allowing them to scale without investing in costly automation or specialized expertise.
