ProcessMaker and Decisions have announced their merger to form a unified company focused on business orchestration and automation technologies, according to a press release. The combined organization aims to deliver AI-based process orchestration, automation, and workflow management across industries.
The merger integrates ProcessMaker’s low-code development and intelligent document processing with Decisions’ enterprise-grade rules engine, process orchestration, and case management tools. The unified platform will provide AI management, governance, and audit capabilities to meet the needs of regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and government.
Led by CEO Giles Whiting, the new company brings together more than 700 enterprise and mid-market customers. Backed by Aldrich Capital Partners, it plans to address growing demand for consolidated automation platforms that reduce operational complexity and accelerate digital transformation.
A webinar featuring Whiting and analysts from the Everest Group is scheduled for November 12, 2025, to discuss the merger’s implications for the business orchestration market.
