PossibleNOW has released DNCSolution for Salesforce Headless360, offering real-time Do Not Contact compliance for AI agents operating across multiple platforms including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and ChatGPT.

PossibleNOW has introduced DNCSolution for Salesforce Inc.'s Headless360 platform, delivering real time Do Not Contact compliance for AI agents across communication channels announced in a press release.

The service enables compliance checks for AI agents such as Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce Agentforce by exposing PossibleNOW's contact governance as discoverable and invocable Model Context Protocol services. It allows agents to access compliance decisions before making calls, sending texts, or emails, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.

DNCSolution evaluates Do Not Call registries, known litigator lists, wireless identification, state specific calling hour limits, and established business relationship exemptions. The system applies these checks consistently across Slack, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT, Claude, and other applications.

By offering compliance as a reusable service, organizations can enforce governance within any part of their AI workflow. The solution integrates with Salesforce data and automation tools and is available immediately.
