Persistent and IIM Ahmedabad Introduce AI Value Compass for Enterprise AI Strategy

Persistent Systems and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad have introduced the AI Value Compass, a framework designed to help enterprises prioritize, govern, and scale AI investments with measurable outcomes, announced in a press release.

The research-based framework offers a structured approach for organizations to evaluate and manage AI initiatives across five areas: business alignment, people readiness, operational integration, data preparedness, and risk and governance. It aims to assist business leaders in identifying readiness gaps, prioritizing high-impact projects, and aligning AI programs with broader strategic goals.

Persistent is incorporating the AI Value Compass into client engagements as a core decision-making tool. The collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad will continue through applied research, talent development, and knowledge exchange to refine the framework based on enterprise applications.

According to the partners, the AI Value Compass addresses challenges that often hinder AI scaling efforts, such as fragmented experimentation and lack of governance, by promoting disciplined and outcome-focused execution across the enterprise.
