Pendo has appointed Saurabh Sodani as its first Chief Development Officer to lead global engineering and AI innovation efforts.

Pendo has appointed Saurabh Sodani as its first Chief Development Officer, announced in a press release. Sodani will oversee global engineering, IT, technical support, and platform innovation as the company expands its AI investments and prepares for further product growth.

Sodani brings over 20 years of experience in scaling engineering organizations and leading technology transformations. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Salesloft, where he spearheaded the company's AI strategy and improved development processes. His career also includes senior roles at Oracle, Yahoo, and Datalogix.

In his new role, Sodani will focus on enhancing Pendo's AI strategy and scaling innovation. He aims to promote flexible architectures that facilitate the adoption of emerging AI protocols without disrupting existing systems. Sodani will lead engineering teams across Raleigh, the U.K., and Israel, collaborating with Pendo's global teams to drive business impact through AI-driven software experiences.
