PageUp and Sapia.ai Add AI Interviewing to Hiring Workflows
PageUp and Sapia.ai announced in a press release an expanded integration that embeds Sapia.ai's conversational AI interviews into PageUp's enterprise hiring platform. The integration lets enterprise hiring teams screen all applicants inside their main recruitment workflow before shortlisting.
Applicants complete a structured interview on mobile or desktop. Sapia.ai's system uses text based evaluation and does not use facial or voice analysis. The companies said the assessments focus on soft skills, behavioral traits, and job fit.
Interview results flow into PageUp, where hiring teams can manage the process and use Paige, PageUp's AI agent, within the same platform. The integration is available immediately to joint PageUp and Sapia.ai customers. Both companies hold ISO 42001 certification for AI management systems.
