OPW Engineered Systems Introduces HyperFlow Coupler for AI Data Centers

April 28, 2026
OPW Engineered Systems, part of Dover, has launched the HyperFlow dry disconnect coupler for liquid cooled AI data centers. The new fitting offers a flow rate of up to 100 gallons per minute and includes safety features to prevent leaks and disconnections.

OPW Engineered Systems, part of Dover, announced in a press release the launch of its HyperFlow high flow dry disconnect coupler for liquid cooled data centers supporting AI and high performance computing workloads.

The HyperFlow coupler is designed for high flow capacity with minimal pressure drop, achieving a Cv rating of 48 and a maximum flow rate of 100 gallons per minute. It features a dual safety interlocking system that prevents valve openings when disconnected and helps avoid unintended decoupling during use, reducing the risk of fluid leaks.

The coupler uses a symmetrical interlocking system with four locking tabs, allowing quick installation and ensuring a secure connection. Its patent pending design enables technicians to connect the halves with a simple twist, which is useful for overhead or confined installations.

This release expands OPW Engineered Systems' product line for liquid cooled data centers that support large scale AI infrastructure.
