Opsera and Cursor Integrate AI Agents into Development Workflows

Opsera and Cursor have partnered to embed Opsera’s DevSecOps AI Agents directly into Cursor’s IDE, aligning high-speed code generation with enterprise security and compliance standards.

Opsera and Cursor have announced a partnership to embed Opsera’s DevSecOps AI Agents directly into Cursor’s integrated development environment, according to a press release. The integration aims to align rapid AI code generation with enterprise security, compliance, and architectural standards.

The integration allows developers to activate Opsera’s AI Agents as a native Cursor plug-in with a single click. Available agents include an Architecture Analyzer that validates AI-generated code against enterprise design patterns, a Security and SQL Scanner that detects risks at the point of creation, and a Compliance Auditor that automates documentation for standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

By embedding these agents into the development workflow, Opsera and Cursor move compliance and security checks to the pre-commit phase, reducing the need for late-stage manual reviews. The partnership also provides a unified dashboard for software leaders to track developer productivity, compliance posture, and return on investment across the full AI software lifecycle.

Opsera supports enterprises including Cisco, Honeywell, Marvell, Sephora, and Eaton, while Cursor serves a large portion of the Fortune 500 and over 50,000 development teams globally.
