Onix has acquired the professional services business unit of UJET, a cloud-native Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider, announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to enhance Onix's capabilities in delivering AI-driven customer engagement solutions, further solidifying its role as a premier partner for Google Cloud.

UJET's platform, deeply integrated with Google's Customer Engagement AI Suite (CES), will now be combined with Onix's proprietary Agentic AI solutions and Agentspace. This integration is expected to drive higher ROI and lower total cost of ownership for customer service operations across more than 10 industries.

The acquisition positions Onix to rapidly scale its operations and deliver transformative outcomes for complex, high-volume contact centers globally. By leveraging Google Cloud's advanced AI models, Onix aims to modernize enterprise contact centers and enhance customer experiences at scale.
