OneTablet Rebrands as Sous Chef to Focus on AI Restaurant Delivery Platform

July 09, 2026
Restaurant technology company OneTablet has rebranded as Sous Chef, aligning its products under a unified brand centered on its AI delivery intelligence platform designed to increase restaurant revenue from third-party delivery channels.

Sous Chef, formerly known as OneTablet, has rebranded to unify its products under one name centered on its flagship AI platform that converts third party delivery data into actionable insights to grow restaurant revenue. The company announced in a press release that thousands of restaurants have adopted the platform in the six months since launch.

Sous Chef’s platform analyzes millions of data points from delivery apps to identify opportunities like mispriced items, unnecessary promotions, and menu errors that affect order performance. It prioritizes findings by revenue impact, presenting restaurant operators with specific actions to improve visibility, conversion, and average order value.

The platform functions independently of point of sale systems or hardware, making it accessible to restaurants of various sizes. According to the company, one multi unit client using the system saw a 10 percent rise in delivery sales and a 25 percent reduction in promotional spending over six months.

Under the new brand, the company now includes both the Sous Chef data platform and the OneTablet operations product, which consolidates delivery orders and menus across apps. The business is backed by Kloof Capital and serves independent operators as well as enterprise restaurant groups.
