OnBoard Launches AI Assist for Board Meeting Preparation

AI Assist lets board directors, administrators and executives search past discussions and decisions using plain language, with answers linked to source materials.

OnBoard launches AI Assist, a conversational AI feature for searching board materials, the company said in a press release. The feature is available now to all OnBoard customers.

Directors, administrators and executives can ask questions in plain language and review past discussions and decisions while preparing for meetings. AI Assist provides citations to the board materials used for each answer.

The feature follows existing access permissions, so users can retrieve only materials they are authorized to view. OnBoard says customer data is not used to train AI models.
