Olares Unveils Personal AI Device with $45 Million in Funding
Olares has announced the launch of its debut product, Olares One, a personal AI cloud device that provides cloud-level performance with local data processing and ownership, according to a press release. The company secured $45 million in Series A funding led by SIG to support the rollout.
Olares One is designed for developers, content creators, AI enthusiasts, and privacy-conscious businesses. The desktop device includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Mobile GPU with 24GB of GDDR7 memory, an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor, and 96GB of RAM.
The system runs on Olares OS, an open-source personal cloud operating system that features the Olares Market, enabling one-click deployment of AI applications. The device will be available for pre-sale on Kickstarter in December and showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2026.
